You could actually be getting less exercise than you did when you had that office job, as impossible as that may seem.

Your old boss would probably have thrown a fit if your personal trainer showed up at the office to help you firm up those pecs, but now that you're your own boss and work from home completely unsupervised, why not? Especially if you have some work out equipment at home, getting a personal trainer might be exactly what you need to take healthy breaks from your home based business and get healthier at the same time.
  2. You work from home. You’re free. Take a break from your home based business and GO FOR A WALK! Again, because you work from home you are far more likely to have a lot more control over your schedule. Going for a walk will break up your day, bring life-giving oxygen into your body, rev up your metabolism and burn calories, and make you feel great.
  3. Slap on some weights, nobody’s watching. Wearing body weights can be a simple, easy way to increase the amount of effort your body has to put out just to complete every day tasks.
  4. Cook your own healthy and nutritious, home-cooked meals. Lower fat. Less processed foods. More raw food. More veggies. More Omega 3 oils. More calcium. Less carbs. Whatever eating patterns you’re trying to change or improve, you can take advantage of your work from home lifestyle to cook the foods you want and that are healthy for you so you can feel better, live longer and enjoy a more pleasurable life.

Diane once worked in an office-based collection agency but after the birth of her daughter started a home based business.
